Attributes are basic stats of each CaC. There are six attributes that players can increase for their CaCs with Attribute Points gained from leveling up:
- Health
- Max Ki
- Max Stamina
- Basic Attacks
- Strike Supers
- Ki Blast.
These stats determine a character's total health, ki, stamina, as well as their damage.
While the attributes are inherently slightly increased with each level, CaCs must allocate part of their increased attributes with Attribute Points, and may further modify their attributes by equipping specific equipment or a QQ Bang.
The Six Attributes[]
Health[]
Health represents the amount of damage a character needs to take before being knocked out. Putting points into this attribute will grant you more health. Male Majins and Namekians benefit from this stat the most.
Appearance[]
A character's health is represented by a long, unlabeled bar on the screen.
- Characters with less than or equal to 10,000 HP will have a health gauge that varies in length depending on their max HP.
- Characters with more than 10,000 HP will not have longer gauges, instead, multiple bars of different colors representing HP above 10,000 will appear on top of the regular orange bar. Each bar of health amounts to 10,000 HP in the game.
- The colors used for HP bars are in ascending order as follows:
- Orange
- Yellow
- Lime Green
- True Green
- Cyan
- Blue
- Purple
- Magenta
- The colors used for HP bars are in ascending order as follows:
- Boss characters with greater than 100,000 HP, such as Fused Zamasu (Half-Corrupted), will instead use a purple health gauge with an exact number value of the remaining health listed above the health gauge.
- Due to the level 120 update, characters can exceed 30,000 HP on average. Prior to this, characters ended up in the 20,000 to 29,999 range. As a result, characters commonly have 4 HP bars at max level.
Height Effect[]
A character's height affects how much base health they have, with shorter CaCs having slightly less, and taller CaCs having slightly more. This will also make them slower as a trade-off.
Height | Health | Speed |
---|---|---|
1 | 95% | 110% |
2 | 100% | 105% |
3 | 105% | 100% |
4 | 110% | 95% |
Ki[]
This is energy used for Super and Ultimate Attacks, as well as certain Transformations. Putting points in this attribute will increase the maximum amount of Ki you can have, assisting your ability to use such abilities.
Appearance[]
Ki is represented by yellow bars separated by black lines below a character's health bar. A single bar of Ki is said to be 100 ki - important because special moves generally use an exact multiple of 100 ki.
With the update that increased maximum ki to 1,500, each bar has been reduced in length significantly to accommodate for this change, though at 1,500 maximum the gauge is overall longer than prior to the update at 1,000 maximum.
The gauge has minor irregularities with size - the first bar is not as long as the others, and before the 1,500 ki update, the tenth bar was also not as long.
Gaining Ki[]
Ki is gained in several ways, including:
- Using basic attacks
- Using basic ki blasts on enemies
- Getting hit by enemy attacks
- Using charge skills
- It can also be stolen from enemy with Drain Charge or Hyper Drain.
Max Ki[]
The maximum amount of Ki someone can have is 1,000, which appears as 10 ki bars. By default a leveled character will have 5 Ki bars, which with QQ Bangs or clothes can be lowered to 3. Putting 42 points into this attribute will grant you an additional bar, 84 will get you two bars, while 125 will get you three. A +5 QQ Bang to Ki will get you another two bars. Note that this only applies to Levels 50 - 99.
As of Ver. 1.21.00, it is possible to raise the Ki stat to 1,500 (15 bars) at level 120. At level 120 it takes 45 for 1 bar of ki.
Stamina[]
This is energy used mainly for movement and evasive skills. Dashing, Burst Dashes, Vanishes, Evasive and certain moves all cost stamina.
Appearance[]
Stamina is signified in user interface as vertical blue bars below their Ki bar. A single bar of Stamina is said to be 100 stamina - important because special moves generally use an exact multiple of 100 stamina.
Gaining Stamina[]
Stamina regenerates on its own while a character is not attacking, especially when they are on the ground, or in "stamina broken" state. It can also be stolen from an enemy with Super Drain or Hyper Drain.
Putting points in this attribute will increase the maximum amount of Stamina in exactly the same way Ki is determined, but by putting points and QQ Bangs into Stamina instead. You should be wary of putting too many points into it, as characters with more stamina take longer to regenerate it if they are broken, because the stamina regeneration rate is not increased. Like Ki, it can be lowered with QQ Bangs.
Basic Attacks[]
This attribute determines bonus damage on basic attacks. These include:
- Melee non-skill attack combos
- Basic Ki Blasts
- Grabs
Each point distributed to this stat grants 0.1% bonus damage, or 1% per 10 points, up to 12.5% with 3/4 investment, and 20% with maximum investment.
Male Saiyans, Namekians, and Frieza Race CaCs benefit from this stat the most.
Body Type Effect[]
Thicker characters have small boost to Basic Attack and Strike Supers.
Body Type | Strike Supers and Basic Attack |
Thin | 0.0% |
Average | 1.5% |
Thick | 3.0% |
Strike Supers[]
This attribute determines bonus damage to strike attacks, including Supers, Ultimates and Evasives. Female Majins, Female Saiyans, and Male Earthlings benefit from this stat the most.
Each point distributed to this stat grants 0.1% bonus damage, or 1% per 10 points, up to 12.5% with 3/4 investment, and 20% with maximum investment.
Body Type Effect[]
Thicker characters have small boost to Strike Supers and Basic Attack.
Body Type | Strike Supers and Basic Attack |
Thin | 0.0% |
Average | 1.5% |
Thick | 3.0% |
Ki Blast Supers[]
This attribute determines bonus damage to Ki attacks, including Supers, Ultimates and Evasives. Female Saiyans, Female Earthlings, and Frieza Race CACS benefit from this stat the most.
Each point distributed to this stat grants 0.1% bonus damage, or 1% per 10 points, up to 12.5% with 3/4 investment, and 20% with maximum investment.
Body Type Effect[]
Thinner Characters have a small boost to Ki Super Damage.
Body Type | Ki Super Damage |
Thin | 3.0% |
Average | 1.5% |
Thick | 0.0% |
Attribute Distribution[]
All of a character's attributes increase by leveling to a certain degree, both directly from leveling up, and from allocating Attribute Points.
Maximum Attributes Per Stat[]
By default, a CaC can only distribute a maximum of up to 100 points per attribute, but if they perform enough missions for Elder Guru in the Namekian Time Rift, they will be invited to Guru's house, where he will unlock a CaC's potential, and this can be increased.
These unlocks are NOT shared across characters, and must be completed for each CaC. They also must be done IN ORDER.
- 100 Attributes Per Stat - Default Number
- 125 Attributes Per Stat - Unlocked by completing the Guru questline and having him "unlock" the character's potential.
- 200 Attributes Per Stat - Unlocked by first attaining level 99, then speaking to Whis and giving him a parfait (costs 100,000 Zeni from the item shop). This will also unlock the level cap.
Per Level Cap[]
A character's level determines how many attributes they have to distribute. The default level cap for all characters starts at 80. At this level, one will have a total of 332 attributes to distribute. After reaching this level, a player can go to Guru's House, where he will increase their max level cap to 85. Level cap unlocks are shared by all characters on the account, even new ones created.
Level Cap | Total Attributes |
80 | 332 |
85 | 345 |
90 | 355 |
95 | 365 |
99 | 375 |
120 | 422 |
140 | 467 |
160 | 512 |
Effect of Clothes and QQ Bangs[]
Clothing items will either boost or decrease specific attributes based on the arrows shown when examining the items as they are equipped or in your bag.
QQ Bangs provide these same boosts but override the effects of any clothing you are wearing, allowing you to choose an outfit without taking stats into consideration.
QQ Bangs change damage by 6.66% with a 5 QQ Bang with no attributes added.
When attributes are added, for basic attacks a +5 QQ Bangs lose 0.01% per attribute point to how much they add, so a 125 attribute stat will only get 5.41% extra damage from a +5 QQ Bang.
A -5 QQ Bang is different and sees a 0.005% reduction to its subtraction number, so 125 attributes makes a -5 QQ Bang lose you 5.98% damage instead of the full 6.66%.
