Broly (Full Power Super Saiyan) is the 21st DLC character to be added to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. This version of Broly is from the movie, Dragon Ball Super: Broly. When his father Paragus was killed (by Frieza), Broly transformed into a Super Saiyan and managed to push the form's power to its maximum output while in a battle against Gogeta.

Broly (FPSS) has two presets: his default preset and his Customize Partner preset which can be unlocked via his Customization Key (10). His Basic Ki Blast type is "Bomb Ki Blast" and his Limit Burst effect for his"GAAAGH!" Super Soul is "Auto Health and Stamina Recovery Mode!"

- Light String (9L): Overwelms the opponent with several hardhitting punches and stomps before ending with a heavy knockdown. Last hit can be charged.
- Heavy String (5H): Delivers quick, hard blows before kicking the opponent away upon the final hit. Can use Gigantic Charge (uncharged) afterwards.
- LHH: A punch and two large stomps that ends in a knockaway.
- 5L3H: Ends with Broly dragging the opponent away with a Green Ki Blast. Consecutive Energy Blast and Gigantic Charge can be followed up upon the success of the last hit.
- Alternating String (HLHLH): Continues the stomps before knocking the opponent away on the 3rd hit. 4th chases after, hitting them full on with his chest before erupting a mouth blast that sends the opponent along their way. Broly will enter a short recovery period should you not choose to follow up with another attack.
- Grab: Reaches forward and grabs the opponent by their head with both hands, before headbutting them and tossing them to the side.
- Light Break: Brings an arm back, before striking the opponent in the gut.
- Heavy Break: Slams down on the opponent full force with both arms.
- Backhit: Lets out a vicious roar that leaves the opponent stunned.
