Burst Charge is a Super Skill used by Vegeta (SSG/GT/US), Rosé Goku Black (US), Gohan (Teen), all In-Game Mentors/Partners & CaCs.

This skill is unique in that it starts charging extremely quickly, but slows down the longer you use it. Functionally it is best used in very quick bursts for about two bars of Ki each.
