Cell (2nd Form) is an unplayable character that was added to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 in the Dragon Ball: Breakers collab update. He is a bio-android and is in his second stage of attaining perfection, having achieved it through absorbing Android 17.

Appearences & Raid[]
Cell (2nd Form) appears briefly in the side quests given by Oolong (who can be found by the entrance of the Time Nest) as part of the Dragon Ball: Breakers collab update. Upon completion of the quests, your player is given a Special Artwork, Oolong's Wig as well as the Super Soul, "You CAN fight..."
He also made an appearance in the Transforming Cell Extra Raid, which only ran for a limited time during October 13 - 19, 2022. It included Artwork 938 as well as a chance to unlock a random piece of Oolong's outfit.
Though not visible on the enemies screen, Cell (2nd Form) makes an appearance in PQ 157 as a faceable opponent after you beat Perfect Cell.
