Gamma 2 is the 37th DLC character to be added to Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2. He is the twin of Gamma 1 and serves as a misled antagonist in the film, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.

Combos[]
- Light String (9L): Eighth attack is a launching uppercut. Last attack is a teleporting knockdown.
- Heavy String (5H): Fourth attack is a rapid series of punches. Last attack is a launching punch.
- Alternating String (HLHLH): Fourth attack is a launching kick. Last attack is a chasing punch that knocks the opponent away.
- LHH: First H input is a roundhouse kick, and the last input is a downward axe kick that knocks the opponent downward.
- 5L3H: Sixth attack is a brief multi-hit series of punches. Seventh attack is a launching punch. Last attack is a follow-up Gamma Beam. Gamma 2's 5L3H has a buff, granting the user +40% Ki Auto-Recovery for 15 seconds.
- Grab: A legsweep, followed by a spinning throw and follow-up Gamma Beam in the opposite direction of the grab. Gamma 2's grab has a buff, granting the user a 10% increase in Strike Skills for 15 seconds.
Usage Tips[]
- Gamma 2's most accessible stamina breaks are LH and the first input of his Heavy String.
- Successfully landing Gamma 2's grab grants a buff, granting the user a 10% increase in Strike Skills for 15 seconds.
- His 5L3H combo string grants a buff, granting the user +40% Ki Auto-Recovery for 15 seconds.
- The uppercut from Gamma 2's 8L or 1H3L is able to combo into Core Breaker from the ground during a Stamina Break.
- Gamma 2's Basic Ki Blast causes less hitstun than a regular Basic Ki Blast but can also be Step Cancelled more rapidly.
- Gamma 2's back attack significantly moves the character, making it easier to catch a Z-Vanishing opponent or counter an attacking opponent.
- Gamma Impact puts the opponent in an animation, which removes their ability to use an Evasive Skill or Limit Burst for the duration of the skill.
- Effect 1 of the "You need to be more careful." Super Soul is best activated intentionally. This can be done with 200 Stamina remaining by using Instant Rise and then Boost Dashing to manually guard break yourself.
