This form of Frieza was introduced early on in Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F', claimed to have been reached from mild training - of which Frieza never did prior to the series.
In this form, Frieza loses his White skin in exchange for Golden skin, as his Purple stays the same, Frieza's face also turns a hot-pink.
