User creates a blue Ki-blade construct with their right hand, before striking forward at the opponent, dealing 15% damage across 11 hits. Additionally, the user can follow up with an Ultimate Attack of their choice, so long as it has a reasonable range and a decent charge up time.
Usage Tips[]
Justice Blade is an extremely useful skill, being able to follow up with Ultimates such as Circle Flash or slow ones like Perfect Kamehameha and even a fully charged Apocalyptic Burst. Perfect for continuing with your combos.
