User charges up, then fires a Kamehameha where they stand, dealing 40% damage across 21 hits.
Usage Tips[]
The move has a long charge up time, leaving you wide open. If you're not careful, you'll be prone to being stamina broken. To avoid this issue, you can either stamina break your opponent first, send them away with a knockback kick or hit the opponent with a move like Justice Blade where it should give you enough time to aim and fire.
