The user spreads their arms out, and a wave of red energy flows out from them. This cancels out ki attacks before they hit the user, including supers and ultimates, but only for a short time.
Usage Tips[]
The window of invulnerability is very short, and seems to start when the energy expands out from the user, not when the technique actually starts.
