Super Saiyan God is an Awoken Skill exclusive to Saiyan CaCs. Although Goku and Vegeta also use this form, they only transform in cutscenes and their playable versions are pre-transformed, and thus don't actually get the benefit of the transformation.

- Description: Channel godlike energy and gain strength that transcends mortal abilities! Your normal attacks are greatly boosted in this form!
- Ki used: 300
- Obtained from: Summon Shenron to wish for the Super Saiyan God transformation. Given by mentor Beerus to a playable character who has friendship maxed Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Videl, Gotenks, and Pan. Beerus will give this skill to any character of any race despite it being usable only by Saiyans.
Properties[]
- While transformed, gives +60% to Ki recovery, Increases your Basic attack by +60% and Increases your Speed by +13.5%, Does not boost Strike and Ki blast skills.
- While having the transformation active, your second attack after your first heavy attack deals 36% more damage when a sound effect and visual effect plays, this can help you deal with enemies quicker if you delay the first heavy attack a little bit.
- Combos affected by delaying the heavy attack (Female Saiyan only): Any light starting combo that ends with a heavy attack sending the opponent down, full heavy attack combo and probably more combos that are yet to be found.
- With maxed out Strike Stat, and the right Super soul, a simple combo with a mix of light's and medium's, could deplete your opponent's health within seconds. This goes to show how crazy the Basic attack increase is.

Synergistic Super Souls[]
- "I'll make you regret that!" (Parallel Quest 102) - Increases Basic Attack +20% and Strike Damage +10%
- "Our two strengths aren't just added together." (Parallel Quest 149) - Constant Ki auto-recovery and boosts stamina recovery speed.
- "I never could've gotten here on my own!" (Reward from Festival of Universes)- Once when turning into Super Saiyan God: Temporarily Boosts Normal Attacks XXL and prevents opponent's stamina from recovering. Not really recommended except in certain PVP scenarios, as the effect only lasts about 14 seconds.
- "This place will be your grave!" (Parallel Quest 164) - All attacks boosted by 20% after transforming, on top of a Ki restoration increase that compensates for the base form Ki restoration debuff, essentially boosting both of this transformation's strong points while also boosting both Strike and Ki Blast Skills.
- "Damn... Gonna have to go all out!" (Cell Max Raid) - Basic attacks and all Skills boosted by 30% after a minute, with the caveat of a permanent 10% damage taken increase.
Trivia[]
- Much like SSGSS and SSGSS (Evolved), obtaining this form is possible without having a Saiyan CaC and completing the Capsule Corp rift missions, allowing it to possible be the second Super Saiyan form for player to unlock, before any actual Super Saiyan forms. Despite having access to canonically such a powerful form, following Saiyan CaC is still required to complete the rift missions and obtain regular Super Saiyan to finish the main story.
- It is also possible for the Saiyan CaC to acquire Super Saiyan God as their first Super Saiyan form, as the Wish to start gaining the form can be performed at any level, and it is possible to complete the mentor quests and maxing of their friendship before gaining Super Saiyan from Goku and Vegeta and gain the form while using a CaC of a different race.
