Surging Spirit is a Other Super Attack used exclusively by Goku (Ultra Instinct), Goku (Ultra Instinct -Sign-) and all CaCs (only when using the Ultra Instinct Awoken Skill).

Goku charges up energy, gripping his fists to the side and his shouts echoes the longer you charge. It takes approximately 5 seconds to refill his Ki bars.
It is a charge skill identical to Maximum Charge, except it is slightly faster.
You can use "Ultimate Charge" on your CAC instead, since it's mechanic is similar, however it’s not quite as fast.
The Ultra Instinct Awoken Skill allows the user to use Surging Spirit on their CaC only when the form is active, with a dedicated input (guard + heavy). This allows the user to have a free charge ability as long as the form is active.
