User creates shield then a a Ki ball in front of them, teleports to their opponent and throws it at them, dealing 30% damage over 15 hits.
Usage Tips[]
Its best to use this to avoid attacks like Ki waves then you can teleport over and deal damage. This move is a fail safe in case you are in some real trouble while fighting someone however if you aren't in any form of danger use your other ultimate.
