Ultimate Attack

Ultimate Attack or Ultimate Skill is a class of attacks in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. They are divided in three (six if you count Dual Ultimates) categories, Strike Skills (Strike Ultimates), Ki Blasts (Ki Ultimates or Ki Blast Ultimates), and Other. Every character has two ultimate slots for different ultimate attacks.

Strike Ultimates[]

These skills in general are short range physical attacks and a lot of them can be used in a middle of a combo without any setup, but there are exceptions. Strike skills also include attacks where you charge at your enemy, as well as grab attacks.

Secret Poison Frost 300 TP Medal Shop "Pretend to throw an almighty punch, but instead poison your opponent!"
Impulse Slash 300 TP Medal Shop "A powerful combo that will overwhelm your opponent. Use it while an Awoken Skill is active to deplete more of your opponent's Stamina when they guard!"
Divine Lasso 300 TP Medal Shop "Launch needle-shaped Ki Blast that constricts your opponent and explodes, causing massive damage. This is an attack that put the hurt on SSGSS Goku!"
Godly Display Goku (Ultra Instinct) 500+ TP Medal Shop "Attack the opponent at blinding speeds and a flurry of strikes before firing a powerful Ki Blast! The blast is stronger the more Ki you have left. If the opponent dodges, you can use some Ki to chase them down!"

Apocalyptic Burst Orange Piccolo 300 Parallel Quest 161 - "Scream Team vs. Dream Team" "Rush forward and unleash a mighty kick! Cancels out weak Ki Blasts while the aura is active. Once it connects, you pummel the opponent with a full-power strike after a flurry of attacks. Hold the button to charge the initial kick and break the opponent's guard!"

Other Ultimates[]

This category is special in that it doesn't deal damage to the opponent. It has special properties not seen in either Strike or Ki Blast Ultimates, ranging from healing, forced lock-on and body changing.
